Kulmani is following the emerging trends in technology and its disruption on existing human behaviour to enhance technological experience.

Known for unprecedented levels of networking skills, ambitions, drive and client servicing skills, Kulmani started Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd from the ground up and has taken it from a start-up to a established solution implementing companies in India. As Managing Director of Shrishti Softech Solutions (P) Ltd, he is always up for new ideas, innovation and solution development.

Shrishti Softech is now established and and known for impeccable service and support.
Partnering with SAP, Google, Microsoft, TCS for industry specific solutions have been added advantage.

Being a serial entrepreneur, he has been the Co-Founder of AA Tech Exim. We import raw Cashew from Ghana 🇬🇭 and Benin 🇧🇯 to peel and process.

Kulmani is believer and strive for best always. His participation in self help groups is for bettering each day, everyday. Kulmani has formed a business group Startup Nexus and joined other groups too.

He has actively participated in social activities related to welfare of Residential and Industrial Institutions. Interaction between the Industries and Govt bodies has always been the main focus for him.

Abhishek Goyal has completed his Bachelor of Commerce Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Vishwavidyalaya.

Joined his father as an associate in 1995 in the industry founded by his father that manufactured conveyor chain used in Sugar / Khandsari / Jaggery industries. The conveyor chains were supplied nationwide prominently to the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh.

Presently Abhishek Goyal runs two units “SHAKUMBHARI ENGINEERS” manufactures Conveyor Chain & “T.M.T. INDUSTRY” manufactures teak and imported pine doors. Also manufacture doors & windows frame from pressed steel section. Both the units are located in Industrial Area Rashidpur Gadhi, Bijnor (U.P.) .

Abhishek Goyal, with the experience of his industrial and business organizations, prominently raises the problems related to industries on the government platform. He also plays an active role in social work.

Vipul Kumar Rastogi at the age of 20 years established NIIT Computer Centre in Kiratpur and run that successfully for three years afterwards he has been appointed as centre head for a premier coaching Institute for CBSE PMT/ IIT JEE in Meerut, simultaneously he completed his masters, M.Phil. and Ph.D. in History from C.C.S. University Meerut he has done Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication from Amity, Noida after working as a lecturer for a very short period he decided to start up his business and start up a  bricks kiln in his ancestral village Mojipur and later added a production unit of u.P.V.C. Pipes

Actively participated on various designation in Rotary Club and  welfare association of Industriese in Bijnor since 2010 from their inception till now and has been participated and conducted various projects/ Seminar with local and state Administration and raised voice for the development of industries welfare, recently organised a showcase concluding whole wood craft cluster under ODOP in kind presence of honourable Governor of Uttar Pradesh Smt Anandi Ben.

One District One Product is a much awaited project of Honourable Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath Ji under this scheme.

Dr Vipul kumar Rastogi has commenced a Common Facility Centre “Devdaar Association” in in Nagina Distt – Bijnor for Wood Crafts  , this CFC not only provide the work environment to the artisans of wood craft but will educate and train them to do export of their wood articles. 

Mr Kapoor is an engineering graduate having 50+ years of experience of various businesses. He is a veteran and mentored many start ups and aspring enterprenuers.

He has served many social organizations and industrial association as prominent office bearer.

Mr Kapoor run a packaging material manufacturing unit by the name of Ashoka Box Insutries in Harthala Industrial Area, Moradabad, UP.

Born ,brought up and educated from the schools in eastern Uttar Pradesh, he completed diploma from a reputed govt institute. There on wards he shifted to Noida and learned practically what he was taught during diploma course. His interest and aptitude of entrepreneurship made him to enter into world of business which was new to him as no one from the family was in business. He started with few imported machines for embroidery from japan and China. Developed the production unit to generate employment for others at a time when person of his age from his native area were looking for job. He also supported govt by way of entering into business and paying more taxes. This indicates his interest in looking after the welfare of persons and supporting industrial environment in the state.

His journey of more than 20 yrs started in the year 2000 with establishing embroidery unit at Noida. Ventured into the business of service industry by opening a security agency in 2019. It did not stop his journey and opened another unit of computer embroidery at Noida speaks for itself that he is on right path.

He always takes interest and willingly comes forward to the need of industry even at odd hours at the cost of his own social commitments and comfort of family members.
He joined IIA in 2019 and continued doing the job as before.
He goes beyond the call of his duty as he is responsibility seeker and standup to the trust of others.
